Since 2020, three modern office towers known as "Universelle" have been under construction in Ulm’s Science City. Located in Science Park III, the new commercial and administrative buildings offer an ideal environment for companies in research, science, and technology—characterized by short distances, close collaboration, and a strong innovation network.
On behalf of Wenzel + Wenzel Architects, we are designing and coordinating the implementation of the outdoor areas and rooftop terraces. Covering approximately 16,700 square meters, our work supports the creation of functional, high-quality outdoor spaces that enhance the overall experience of this unique location—from plazas and pathways to parking lots and extensive planting zones.
